Cancellation Policy

Canceled Appointments: If canceled within in 7 days of your appointment, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED, you will receive a 100% credit that is valid for 30 days. If canceled between 6 days before 72 hours before your appointment, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED, you will receive a 50% credit valid for 30 days. If you failed to canceled within 72 hours, or have a NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED and a rebooking fee of $25 will be applied.
